Henrik Wentzler:

Our Big Boss.  He is the owner of the Reiterhof. He is always in good spirits and always with a smile on his face.  On the other hand, he has a very broad back, in case someone here has a problem for him.

Friedericke & Finn Wentzler:

Fritzi is our Juniour Boss and our hope for the future.  She is studying Equestrian Sciences and the owner of RD2.  For now she is only with us during the holidays but in the future she will be full-time.

Finn is the son of Henrik.  He attends the BRG Reutte und is always there to fill in case of an emergency

Manuela Schuster:

The office spirit! Manuela has always an open ear for your thoughts and concerns.  She is very strict to keep us in line with our mess of accounting books, but we still manage to find her to be super sweet.

Martina Haissl:

The small whirlwind in the stables in charge of breeding and organizing. She has everything tightly under control, but is still spontaneous and imaginative. She is in charge of our Riding Program and ensures a smooth process for all.  She is our Horse Sciences Association member with Honors.

Tobias Wilhelm:

Tobias must do everything, and he can.  He is not only there to manage all or our agricultural machinery, but he also there to facilitate all of Martina and Manuela’s nocturnal ideas. Owner of the Bronze Certification Badge.

Anna Redolfi

Our "Apprentice"! Always friendly, nice and 100% reliable. She is not only an ambitious rider, but is willing to try anything on the medium horses.

Birgit Holl:

Our resident angel and the best cook in the world!  Her always friendly and welcoming mood keeps everyone here laughing. And the food afterwards……… perfect!

Bianca Guicking:

Bianca is our Saxon horse nurse.  She is also our “bandaging world champion”.   Taking care of the pony riding and our hotel guests is also in her area of operation.

Christiane Singer

Our second office lady. Christiane works part-time in the office and is a great support system for Manuela.
