We apply AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the hotel). This means:

Up to 3 months prior to arrival you can cancel free of charge.
From 3 to 1 months prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking fee.
In the case of a cancellation within the last week prior to arrival we require form you 90% of the booking price.

In case of an emergency…
You can purchase a trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself. Upon request we will send you documents containing further information.
